With real estate price soaring all over the country now, there are deals to be made here and there. Mostly in small towns. Many of the homes I am listing on this blog have been refurbished to some degree. I have not visited any of these homes and they are from internet site listings. I do not get any pay for this blog what-so-ever. I simply see these places and decide to list them here so that folks out there looking for a sweet deal will see that there are, in fact, some properties that can be had for lower prices.
